Also on this webpage will be information regarding mandatory Club fundraisers so that all members are aware of the pertinent information and deadlines for these very important activities.

ACFC Bingo Dates – June / July / August 2011
All bingos are at the Centennial Bingo Hall
Evening Dates --- 5 PM to 10 PM
Sunday, September 19th
Sunday, October 3rd
Friday, October 8th
Wednesday, November 3rd
Late Night Dates --- 9 PM to 1 AM
Sunday, September 5th
Wednesday, September 15
Saturday, September 25th
Friday, October 15th
Saturday, October 23rd

Initial sign up is 1 bingo per family for the month of September and 2 bingos per family for the months of October and November.
When signing up please state your first and second choices for dates in each month and then any others that you are available for. You will be put on the spare list for any that you list. That way you can get called on short notice if a spot becomes available. Spots fill quickly so please sign up early.
At the present time ACFC is guaranteeing $11 per hour worked at bingo.
This money is kept at the Club level and can be accessed for registration/team fees/tournaments or receipted expenses such as soccer shoes/equipment.

Please contact our AC Bingo Coordinator, Barb Firth, to sign up for bingo dates. When contacting her please state your choices of dates in order of preference. (eg: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc) If any of your choices are full you will be put on the cancellation list and called if something comes available on that date. For active members there is an initial limit of 2 spots per family per month until June 10th. After that date any available spots will be filled from the cancellation list. For players that may be sitting out this season but are planning to return next season there is a limit of 1 bingo per month until after June 10th and then you may be placed on other dates depending on availability.

ACFC Bingo Update
As of January 2010, ACFC is paying $11 per hour worked. (will be reviewed June 30th, 2010) Monies earned are deposited into your players account at Club level to be used for soccer related expenses.
Volunteer bonds may be worked off in the Bingo Hall. You will not receive any money for these hours worked. The money that you would have earned will go into the AC Club Sport Fund. As of the 2010 outdoor season (April1st, 2010) a family must work a total of 2 bingos for each volunteer commitment that they wish to work off.

OPTIONAL FUNDRAISERS
Optional fundraisers are offered each season for families to help top up their child’s player’s account. These fundraisers are organized by the Clubs Fundraising Coordinator and are passed on to the players and their families via the team manager and or team fundraising coordinator.
Other fundraisers may be organized by individual teams. Any of these such fundraisers are solely the responsibility of the team themselves.
