Subject: SSA Strategic Planning Process - Membership Survey

In 2008, the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) developed a strategic plan for 2008-2012. As 2012 is now upon us, the SSA has begun the process of developing a new strategic plan for the organization that will guide our programs and services for the next 4-5 years.

The following survey is one component of a larger input process that the SSA is currently undergoing and has been created to seek input from you about the value and quality of services the SSA has provided in the past as well as seeking input into what programs and services you anticipate may be needed in the future. Information gathered from this survey will be used to help develop the strategic plan and the priorities for action for the next planning cycle.
