Player Movement (Call Ups) from Club teams
1. Get permission/recommendations from the coach of the call up player’s team.
2. Fill out Player Movement Form. Available on HERE or www.reginasoccer.net
3. Player being called up will need their player card at the game. U8 players will need to get a player card from RSA (if they don’t already have one) if they are called up to U10.
4. Submit the Player Movement Form and player card with the game sheet.
5. Remember to collect the player card after the game or at half time and return it to the player. Depending on the ref some will give it back right away.
6. Division 2 to Division 2 or Division 1 to Division 1 is unlimited times a player can be called up (This does not apply to PSL in the outdoor season). Division 1 to Division 2 or vice versa is limited to 6 times. If you call them up a 7th time they will be transferred to your roster. You are not allowed to call from the same division for league play. Ex: U10 Div. 2 to U10 Div. 2. This does not apply to tournaments.
7. PSL players are not eligible to be called up to Division 2 teams in U14 to U18.
8. AC teams can only call players up from other AC teams.
9. Unidad teams can call players up from either AC or RE.

Player Movement for Tournaments
1. Get permission/recommendations from the coach of the call up player’s team.
2. Their team can-not be participating in the tournament.
3. Can be from your club or a different club as long as you have the coach’s permission to invite them to the tournament.
4. These players can be from the same division as long as their team isn’t in the tournament.
5. Player movement form is not needed.
6. They will need their player card for the tournament.
Guest Player– player not already registered with RSA for the current Season
1. Must have a current guest player card. Purchased from the RSA office. This card will have an expiration date on it.
2. Youth guest player cards entitle the player to 3 league games (not RSA Cup games) and unlimited tournaments(not provincials). Card must be presented to ref with game sheet.
3. Must be used to play for a team from their home zone.
4. Must be listed on game sheet with GP or Guest Player beside their name for both league games and tournament play.
